Best Blackberry ever
This is a really good phone, the touch screen is very responsive, the keyboard the best in the market, Motorola or Samsung can try to copy but they never are going to get to the blackberry's keyboard level. the speed of the phone is excellent, pages load really fast.If you re looking for a good communication device buy this phone, but if you want a phone to play games instead of actually talking to people go with IOS or Android. I have an iPod touch when i want to play games like angry birds.I am in family plan of 4 people and the 4 phones are blackberry bold 9900, one of the person in the plan had an iphone4 before, he love the iphone4 but he could not communicate in the way that blackberry is letting him communicate now.

Everybody should own one
This phone is really impressive.To be put simply this phone has all of the strengths of a BlackBerry with virtually none of the past weaknesses.These strengths are: the keyboard, the indicator light, call quality, call clarity, battery life, emails syncing faster, using less data (for those who don't know BlackBerries using RIMs proprietary network consume about 1/2 the data to do the same tasks as everything else), industrial design (this phone just feels higher quality than everything, even the iphone 4s and HTC phones, which are themselves very well made), and bbm (apple did it all wrong by integrating imessage with sms, bbm is great because its an entirely separate messaging client with true extra features, with imessage you may as well text)The past weaknesses which have been fixed:1. Love it!!
I Really enjoy using the blackberry bold 9900 especially the great keyboard thats attached to it. The design is simple yet eligent enough to bring a smile to my face every time I pick it up and use this device. I previously owned an iPhone4. I am glad I made the switch. I am happy to say that I am no longer part of the Cult of IPhone and all of the annoying freemium/micro-purchasing BS that has taken over THAT market. One issue that others people are complaining about is the short battery life that comes with the bold 9900 (same issue with the iPhone 4S). The problem persisted until a new update was made that remedied the negative battery life issue. I have updated my Bold 9900 to 7.0 bundle 2392 (v 7.0.0.576, platform 5.0.0.733). This update seems to have fixed the issue as I am still on an 80% charge at 2:44 pm today (without the update, the phones energy would drain itself overnight). I charged the phone last at 7:00 pm yesternight. My network is currently set to 4G & WiFi, and I...

Excelent Blackberry model
Very nice phone: unlocked, delivery shipping OK, new box, the only bad thing is that this model doesn't iclude any leather case neither the memory card. certainly no iPhone ... which is a good thing!
the 8520 phone actually works well on at&t! no matter how much you learn the iphone keyboard, a blackberry full physical qwerty still wins, hands down. the spell checker and predictive type on bberry is better vs iphone and with the physical keyboard you misspell a lot less. since you can sync your itunes on here you only "miss" the iphone for its apps which really only work best on wifi. 8520 is lightweight, fairly thin, very light, has nicely spaced keys, and really cool media controls blended into the top of the device. nice use of rubber here on the device too lends some durability to glossy plastic finish. I jammed a 16G nand flash card into it too so i have music, movies etc with me. I bought the unlocked version since i use the 8520 when traveling to US from abroad .... without a full blackberry data package you lose out on things like email and blackberry messenger - but this is my 2nd/travel phone so i dont care too much - I use it when in the US with pay as you go on at&t -...

I gave it a four because when I first got it, it took me time to see and get used to the keys because they are kind-of small. If you want bigger buttons get 8330, my sister has one, wish I could switch with hers, but mine is newer and no tracking ball, which I really like to.. about this phone. Its sleek and easy to navigate..Before I had this one I had the 8120, ah--big difference the charge on 8520 last longer and takes a little time to charge up, but its worth it. Also, the keys I wished lighted up a bit brighter, BUT like I said once you have it after a few days you get used to it. My one problem with as I am thinking off the top of my head ..is there are not enough apps to go with or themes made for this model.I am a geek for that, but as of now I have been able to download a few off my blackberry 8120 to my 8520.Also, checking around i was able to get a few more themes, that are just awesome. 13 pc Set Recvd, and it worked
Overall, the set gets 5 stars because it contained (more than) the parts advertised, and it worked for the intended purpose - the #5 torq driver opened the battery compartment on a Philips Pronto 9400 remote control. Quality? The 13 pieces cost $10. At that price, the quality is *at least* as expected.Note that the set I received on 1/6/12 had 13 pieces:- 7 Torq drivers and 2 tweezers as shown.- 1 plastic prying tool, double-ended, green.- 1 flat + 1 philps head "jeweler's" screwdrivers, black plastic-like.- 1 unidentifed piece, a screwdriver-like piece I would describe as a "jeweler's size" awl.The set came in a re-sealable plastic bag, inside a small bubble-mailer, inside an Amazon box. The Ying and Yang of the Combo
This has both pros and cons.The pros, is that I received it and it had all the advertised items and also the drivers (yes I got the T3 that I really wanted) seem to be of a nice design, easy to hold and manipulate.So why a Yang?I can not ding them for this but it would have been very nice if this set came in any type of protective plastic box or holders. I received it in just a small, very tightly arranged white cardboard box. So there is no storage other than the cardboard box the set comes in. But that doesn't bother me as much as this is supposed to be a precision set (IE the T3 Torx bit is almost microscopic and fragile on the tip) but the box is SOOO tight that most all of the tips of the drivers arrived either punched through the cardboard or dented the box.I have not tried to see if the tiny tips have been damaged by the way too small box. A simple millimeter more in box length and a thing piece of foam would have at least...

Does what it's supposed to
All of these retro pop phones are head sets in an old style handset and are all made of plastic. The volume button works as it should, the call answer button works as it should and the whole thing is lightweight. For the price it's a deal. Ive had it for a month and all is still as it was when I bought it. I haven't tried the bluetooth version from another maker so I wouldn't compare to that but, the sound quality is good. The only thing I don't like about the sound is that I can't hear myself in the ear piece when Im talking.

Works Great!!!
I ordered this car charger to charge my Samsung Galaxy Tab and my wife's Apple Ipad. I just received the charger and immediately went to test it out. I plugged the charger in and then attached a usb cable I picked up from ebay for my Galaxy Tab and it worked great. The Galaxy Tab immediately indicated it was charging. I did plug the usb cable into the top usb plug since the charger indicated that the top plug is for the Galaxy Tab and bottom is for the Ipad. I did not expect it to charge both my Galaxy Tab and my wife's Apple Ipad at the same time, but I tried it just for kicks. Both the Ipad and the Galaxy Tab indicated they were charging. I am not sure how long it would take to charge to 100% with both plugged in, but they appeared to be charging at the same time since I saw the percentage increase. Not sure if I will ever have both plugged in at the same time for normal use, but good to know it is capable.The only downside to this charger is the blue light that...

Problem #1: The movement of the charger from side to side caused it to loose power. A little electrical tape on the sides prevented it from shifting and losing power. I had no problem with it in another car though.Problem #2 Removing a USB cable pulled the item from the cigarette adaptor. Extra electrical tape on the sides solved the problem.The blue light was much less noticeable than I was expecting, and could easily be partially, or completely, covered.I was worried that the power required for an iPad would provide too much wattage. All items requiring lesser wattage worked wine. No problem.I would definitely recommend this item, it works very well for everything that I plug into it.

Perfect
This little guy is perfect. Because it has two USB slots, I can charge my iPod and iPhone at the same time. Also, it's much much smaller than it looks in the picture, which is a good thing. It doesn't stick out crazy-far from the plug. For anyone who uses their iPod in their car without a device that offers auxiliary and a charger in one, this is a must-have.I'm very pleased with my purchase.
