I just received the phone today and so far really like it. The touch screen for using speed dial is a nice feature, as well as the many different ways to set shortcuts without needing to slide out the full keyboard. The camera quality seems really good too. I found several places to download free ring tones, and also bought an accessory package which includes a spare wall charger, car charger, and USB cable for less than $5.I did have one initial problem which caused me to not be able to receive MMS/picture messages. I found the answer in an AT&T user forum, all I had to do is do a master reset (which doesn't erase any data), using the passcode 0000, and picture messages worked fine after that.Pros:Lots of shortcut key customizationTouch screen for quick speed dialingFull keyboardDecent camera (haven't tired video yet)Has necessary tools like calendar with alert, alarm clock, etc.Cons:Keys on full keyboard are...
